A well aged single cask Longmorn bottled by the superb independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory. Distilled 25th June 1996 at the Longmorn distillery then laid to rest in an Oloroso sherry butt until 12th February 2024. Cask #105097 was cracked open and bottled after 27 years maturation and released as part of the Symington’s Choice, Cask Strength Collection series.
