This tremendous single cask release was distilled 8th October 2001 at the Bunnahabhain distillery and matured in an Oloroso sherry butt for 22 years. Bottled 9th February 2024 at 56.5% vol by Signatory for their excellent Cask Strength Collection. A ‘Symington’s Choice’ release, an out-turn of only 427 bottles, filled at natural cask strength, colour and un-chillfiltered.
