Jesse “Thomas” Kennedy and Griffin “Thomas” Blumer joined forces with Marcel Thompson in 2014, to create innovative, premium new world versions of London Dry gins in a pocket-size distillery in the inner west of Sydney. Poor Toms Gin Fools Strength is 52% ABV with truckloads of juniper and liquorice root, additions of angelica root, cubeb pepper and cardamom cinnamon, along with flavours of grapefruit peel, resinous pine and a rich, dry finish.
