Crafted by the Milk and Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, this is a young single malt spirit as it’s not old enough to be called whisky yet.
The team at the distillery like to experiment with casks, and this has been matured in red wine, bourbon and casks that used to hold smoky whisky from Islay. It’s a softly smoky and complex drink, with layers of fruit and spice.
