Mercury Hard Cider Crushed Raspberry is big juicy apple and raspberry cider, infused with real raspberries, launched in late November 2020, by Australia’s #1 hard cider. Hard apple cider is created by fermenting apple juice and the addition of the word “hard” to cider was adopted by some cider makers to distinguish it from the non-alcoholic version of cider. Pouring a blush pink colour and 8.2% ABV, Mercury Crushed Raspberry has a subtle sweetness on the palate and is balanced with tartness from crushed berries, creating a slightly lingering clean finish.
