Distilled and aged in our distillery at the foot of the ancient Porongurup Mountain Range near Albany, this International 2024 San Francisco Global Spirits Competition Gold Medallist Single Malt Whisky is made from premium local barley and pristine local water, then distilled with care in our traditional copper pot stills. This Whisky matured slowly in a celebration ale cask, barrel PM77, which was sourced from Feral Brewing Company in Western Australia. A burst of aromas starts with citrus, floral and vanilla, followed by malt and cereal notes. Upon tasting neat it explodes with candied lemon and sweet, clean vanilla. When diluted with water, lemon crème brulée, warm vanilla and sweet malt is sensuously revealed. The decadent, long and clean finish rounds out a rich taste experience.
