Every November, The Dalmore whisky makers visit the distillery’s historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks. In the chill shadows, our casks are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand-selected from any one year.The mature spirit from these casks are then masterfully married to create one harmonious vintage – a rare whisky that reveals the soul of that single year at The Dalmore.
