Nc Noch Organic Blended Malt has been expertly crafted by combining the spirits created at two different organic distilleries. A blend of 80% Nc’Nean and 20% Dornoch with a total of 8 yeasts used to produce this spirit. 3 at Nc’Nean (including a rum yeast) and 5 brewers varieties from Dornoch.
